Getting in got easier!
As always, you can sign in with Google or by way of an email and password BUT now, if you forget that password, there's no need to wait on support.
You can now find the answers to the following questions by clicking them from the main login screen:
Forgot your password?
Didn't receive confirmation instructions?
Didn't receive unlock instructions?
New users can also sign up from this main page (or you can invite users to your account under Settings > team > + Add User)
Ollie Order Gives Users Direct Access to one more Distributer
Ollie Order has built a direct integration to Container World's system enabling accounts who distribute via Container World to place orders through private Container World warehouses.
More on the integration here! The process is quick and the set-up is easy. If you would like to add this integration to your account, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get the ball rolling!
More Editable Options
Whether it's having the ability to record an adjustment and have it reflect a date different from the day it's added to Ollie; the ability to change the reference number with an order; or the ability to change the price and even promo an order completely, recent updates add to the list of flexible editing options available you've been asking for, within Ollie Order.
Now you can:
Select the date you would like to record an Adjustment as occurring.
Edit the reference number in an order.
In addition to these editable options we released earlier:
Search Your External Inventory Easier
Ollie Order displays data directly from Direct Tap, so you can see how much inventory you have in stock at each of the three Direct Tap Warehouses. This data is refreshed approximately every 15 minutes and you can on the right hand side the last time the data was refreshed.
You can use the 'Search Inventory' bar to narrow down the products displayed, by searching with the External ID or the Item Number which is typically the product sku.
The Inventory displayed, is the amount of inventory available to place orders against (it does not necessarily represent all of the inventory Direct Tap has on hand)

More Options for Tracking the Dollars & Cents
For those accounts that use Sage50, the most recent feature to drop in Ollie enables you to map your customers and products in Ollie to match how you have them entered in your Sage50 software and then export a report in ATS-format that will allows you to upload your order information to Sage50.
Manage Multiple Brands with Greater Ease
Ollie Order's Brand Feature allows multiple brands with unique license numbers to be managed under one Ollie Order account!
