We've modernized the Ollie interface by updating our colour scheme and layout and maximized the screen real estate so you can focus on what's most important.
Collapsible sidebar navigation: easier to read and enables you to maximize your workspace and focus on the task at hand.
Quick action button & keyboard shortcuts: create a new order, return, customer, or issue from anywhere in the app (tip: press the letter "O" on your keyboard to create a new order - same goes for returns, customers, and issues!)
Improved Order Details layout: now important information, such as warehouse & fulfillment method, are more visible so you can ensure you're sending orders to the right place.
Performance & Search Improvements

In addition to increased speed, we've also improved our customer search functionality. Finding your customers and new prospects has never been easier, checkout below for the key improvements:
Ignores common words such as "the" and "a", and "and"
Normalizes different forms of a word (ex. searching "bank" returns results for banking, banked, banks, banks', and bank's)
Auto-sync to Quickbooks: once in the accepted status, an order will automatically sync to QBO (only applies to those with QBO integrated)
Refunds on cancelled orders now sync to QBO
The warehouse set on an order is now displayed on the Order's list
Contact details now displayed on DOC60s

Reminder for Direct Tap Customers
As of April 1st, Direct Tap will be going live on their new internal logistics system and will be shutting down their Ollie Logistics account. Ollie's direct integration with the new system is now live.
