As of Thursday at 5 PM (April 1st), Direct Tap will no longer integrate with Ollie Logistics (saleslitre.com). This means you will not be able to place orders to Direct Tap through Ollie Logistics (saleslitre.com) and your user accounts will be deactivated. Direct Tap will be exporting all data so please contact their team if needed.*
You can continue to send orders to Direct Tap in 1 of 2 ways:
Send orders to Direct Tap warehouses on Ollie Order using the new integration (not through Ollie Logistics/saleslitre.com).
Enter orders in Direct Tap's new logistics system, Camelot.
*If you require access to your Ollie Logistics account after 5 PM on April 1st, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Option #1: Ollie Order x Direct Tap Integration
If you have never logged into Ollie Order, do not worry! Our Customer Success team has already created your account and imported your product catalogue. If you haven't spoken to the team at Ollie to get access to your Ollie Order account, please reach out to email@example.com.
Once you have access to your Ollie Order account, login and complete the following before sending an order to Direct Tap:
Ensure you have access to the appropriate Direct Tap warehouses.
Ensure your users are enabled in the appropriate Direct Tap warehouses.
Enable the relevant SKUs in each Direct Tap warehouse.
Map each SKU to their corresponding SKU in the Direct Tap Camelot system.
Place an order!

You are now ready to place orders to Direct Tap! Head over to your Orders page to get started (or just click the letter "o" on your keyboard to create an order from anywhere in the app).
Option #2: Enter Orders Directly into Camelot

It has been brought to our attention that there is some growing anxiety and confusion around the upcoming April 1st Direct Tap transition - to be clear, the Direct Tap transition is not the same as the Ollie Order/Logistics transition.
