** Please contact Direct Tap to ensure they have integrated your Ollie Account to their Camelot system! This MUST be completed for your integration to work.
Ollie Order has built a direct integration to Camelot, Direct Tap's warehouse management system. This integration enables Ollie users to process orders through any of the supported Direct Tap warehouses, as well as view inventory on order in each warehouse.
In order for the 2 systems to send orders correctly, you as the user will need to ensure that your SKUs are mapped correctly to their corresponding SKUs in Camelot. Below outlines how this is done and any other information that you need to know about the Ollie Order / Camelot integration.
Important: Ollie is only responsible for managing issues on the Ollie Order side, for any issues around the Camelot system or inquiries about fulfillment etc., you will need to contact the team at Direct Tap.
The Setup
In order for you to send orders through the Direct Tap warehouses, you will need to ensure the following items are setup correctly.
-
Direct Tap: connect your Ollie and Camelot accounts.
-
Direct Tap: enable your organization's access to the DT warehouses on Ollie.
-
You: enable your team's access to the appropriate DT warehouses on Ollie.
-
You: ensure SKUs are enabled in the appropriate Direct Tap warehouses in Ollie.
-
You: ensure SKUs in Ollie are mapped to their corresponding SKUs in Camelot
1-2. Direct Tap Warehouse Access
In order for you to send orders through the Direct Tap warehouses, Direct Tap will need to connect your Ollie and Camelot accounts and enable your warehouse access in Ollie. Once Direct Tap has done this, you'll be able to see those warehouses on your Ollie Order account under the warehouse drop-down (such as on orders and when setting a default warehouse for your customers), as well as on your Warehouses page (under the Settings tab).
3. User Access to the Direct Tap Warehouses
Once Direct Tap has given your organization access, you have the ability to manage which users on your account can access these warehouses.
Head over to Settings > Warehouses and click on the warehouse name. From there, navigate over to the Access tab and under Users, toggle to enable access for you and your team. Once a user has access to a warehouse, they will be able to select that warehouse when placing orders.
For more information on the warehouse access feature, see this Help Centre article.
4. Enable your SKUs in the Direct Tap warehouses
There are 2 ways in which you can enable your SKUs in a warehouse:
-
On the product edit page (Products > Edit product), navigate to the Warehouses & Inventory tab. Here, you will see a table of all the warehouses your organization owns or has access to. Toggle to enable your SKUs in the appropriate warehouses.
-
On the warehouse page (Settings > Warehouse), navigate to the Products tab and toggle to enable/disable your SKUs (note: use the first toggle to enable/disable all SKUs).
Once this is complete, your inventory counts will populate in the Inventory table below.
5. Product Mapping
Mapping your SKUs to their corresponding SKUs in Camelot is super easy. Once Direct Tap has connected your account to Camelot, you'll see the "Camelot Item" search field on your product variant edit page.
How to map your SKUs to Camelot
-
Head to your Products page to begin.
-
Click on the name of the product or the pencil icon to open the details page.
-
Navigate to the Variants tab.
-
Click on the drop-down menu titled Camelot Item.
-
Here, you will see a list of your available SKUs in Camelot. Click on the SKU you are currently mapping in Ollie (or refine the drop-down list by searching by SKU or product name).
-
Click on the orange Save button to finish.
-
Repeat these steps for each SKU that requires mapping to Camelot (i.e., any SKUs you have in the Direct Tap warehouses).

Once you've mapped your SKUs, Ollie will pull your inventory counts from Camelot.
Where can I view my Direct Tap Inventory?
-
When adding products to an order.
-
Products > Edit Product > Warehouses & Inventory.
-
Warehouses > [DT Warehouse] > External Inventory tab.
Note: inventory for Direct Tap warehouses is not managed in Ollie -- inventory, transfers, and adjustments must be made through the Camelot system.
When placing an order in Ollie through a Direct Tap warehouse, the inventory displayed beside your line items is the quantity available count.
Under the External Inventory tab on each Direct Tap warehouse, you can view the quantity available counts as well as the quantity available to order counts which are pulled directly from Camelot:
-
Qty Available: quantities available for shipments/orders
-
Qty Available To Order: qty on hand* – qty committed on shipments – qty ordered but not yet committed on shipments
-
*Qty On Hand: total quantities physically at Direct Tap
If you have low inventory or are placing a large number orders at once, please refer to the External Inventory tab or your Camelot account for increased visibility on your inventory.

Anything else?
In order to reconcile your inventory with the Camelot Direct Tap warehouses, you can create a transfer from the source warehouse (i.e., whichever warehouse the inventory is leaving from) into the appropriate Direct Tap warehouse.
Once the transfer has been shipped and received, the inventory in the source warehouse will be updated. Please note that this does not create inventory in the Direct Tap warehouse. The only way to create/manage inventory for any of the Direct Tap warehouses is through the Camelot system, creating a transfer in Ollie Order only creates a record of the inventory leaving your source warehouse into a Direct Tap warehouse.
🥳 And that's it! You are now ready to place orders to Direct Tap.
Head over to your Orders page to get started (or just click the letter "o" on your keyboard to create an order from anywhere in the app).
