If you use Direct Tap for distribution, you will need to ensure that your products are linked to your product catalogue in Direct Tap's integrated warehouse management system: Camelot.
Please contact Direct Tap's team to set up your Camelot x Ollie Order integration at email@example.com - once they have given you access to their warehouses in Ollie, you can begin to link your products and place orders!
First, head to your Products Page located on the lefthand sidebar
Next, open a product that you inventory at Direct Tap and click on the Variants tab
Under each variant, you will see a box that says CAMELOT ITEM
Click on this box and it will open up a list of your SKUs that are available in Direct Tap's Camelot system
Select the item that matches the product that you are trying to connect and SAVE
Note: If you do not see your product, please contact Direct Tap at firstname.lastname@example.org
Repeat this step for each Variant (aka 'size') under the product.
In order to make the product available in that particular Camelot warehouse, you will then need to click on the Warehouses & Inventory tab
Ensure that each Camelot warehouse that this product is available in, is set to Active.
For instance, if you carry this product in Vancouver and Victoria, ensure that it is set to Active under both the Vancouver and Victoria warehouses.
That's it! 🎉 your products are now connected and you are ready to place an order 🍻
