As of April 30th, 2021, Ollie Order's Stripe account was to be disconnected, requiring users to connect your own payment gateway to continue to accept payments in Ollie. This change will save you money on processing fees and allow you the flexibility to control what payment processor works best for your business. Putting money back into your pocket is our goal!
** A three week grace period extended this deadline, resulting in the Ollie Order Stripe Account being officially disconnected May 17, 2021. **
No need to be alarmed - in just a few minutes, you can create your own Stripe account here. Stripe provides customers the ability to instantly create an account, plug it in and start processing payments right away. If you choose to use Stripe, please note the Secret API code is what is needed when setting up your payment Gateway in Ollie Order.

Securing a Payment Gateway
Alternatively, we have partnered with Kubera Payments who can get you the best rate possible with one of our supported gateways. If you are interested in exploring this option, please contact sales@ollieorder.com and our team would be happy to help connect you!
Note: As the processing times may vary, we suggest setting up a Stripe Account in the meantime and then switching your default Gateway once you have confirmed a new provider.
Setting Up Your Payment Gateway
To set up your payment gateway, head to your SETTINGS page on the lefthand sidebar and click on Payments & Financial:
Scroll to the middle of the page and you will see the option to Add New Gateway:
Under the Add New Gateway section, you can choose your gateway under the gateway dropdown.
Each gateway will ask for different requirements. These settings can be found in your gateway provider's merchant account. Ollie does not have access to this information so you must enter it.
