This message is in regards to upcoming system changes at Direct Tap. If you are not a Direct Tap customer, please feel free to disregard this update.
Come April 1st, Direct Tap will have migrated to their own internal logistics system. The team at Ollie Order have been working hard to build a direct integration with the new Direct Tap system and we are pleased to announce this is now complete.
Who does this affect?
This upcoming change affects anyone who uses Direct Tap for distribution.
What's included in the integration?
Orders shipped from Ollie Order into an integrated warehouse will push into Direct Tap's system.
Shipment status updates from Direct Tap will automatically update the order status in Ollie Order.
Live inventory counts from integrated warehouses will automatically populate in Ollie Order. View these inventory counts on order creation.
What's not included in the integration?
Transfers must be entered into the Direct Tap system.
Doc 55s (returns) will not be supported for the first phase of the integration and must be entered into the Direct Tap system.
What do you need to do?
Note: Direct Tap must connect your account to Ollie Order before you can do the following:
Map your products in Ollie to their corresponding SKUs in the Direct Tap system.
Enable your SKUs in the appropriate Direct Tap warehouses in Ollie.
