Customer Feedback
Customer feedback and feature requests are the guiding light for our team at Ollie. We value your input highly. Although we may not be able to accommodate all requests, we strive to do our best and we aim to be transparent in our development process.
Under your avatar in the top right hand corner of the app, select feedback to add your request - that request will be noted by our Product team and will also be visible by other users so if it is something they value they can add support to the idea. Once you have submitted your request, you will receive updates by email if we are able to accommodate this feature, when the feature is being built, and when the feature has been launched in the app. If we are not able to accommodate this request, you will also get an email with a full explanation so that you are never left in the dark!
Note: the first time you make a request, you will be prompted to register so that we know who has requested the feature and can keep you in the loop. To help keep your contact details private, we recommend that you do not enter your email address under Full Name as it will be publicly visible.
