Ollie generates a worksheet — a Pay.gov transcription aid, not a filed form. It reads reporting facts as they were booked. You transcribe onto TTB’s form. Ollie does not e-file.
Open: left nav → Reports → TTB Spirits. Tabs are Production → Storage → Processing (federal form order). This article is Storage — 5110.11. All values are proof gallons.
How to run Storage for a month
- Go to Reports → TTB Spirits.
- Pick the Month. The page autosubmits.
- Click Storage — 5110.11.
- Status at the top is either Filing-ready or INCOMPLETE for that month, with a short reason list.
- Header fields print from Spirits Settings: Report Covers, Month and Year, Name of Proprietor, EIN, Location of Plant, Plant Number (DSP-).
- The grid is the Storage form: whisky, brandy, rum, gin, vodka, alcohol and spirits, other, wine, total. Line labels match the federal form. Gains and losses are gross — never netted.
- Audit CSV downloads the facts behind the month.
- Print is enabled only when the month is filing-ready. If INCOMPLETE, Print is disabled: “Resolve the INCOMPLETE items before printing or filing.” An incomplete print, if you got one, would banner: INCOMPLETE — NOT FOR FILING.
What feeds Storage
Deposits to a Storage lot (receive in bond into Storage, certain moves) and removals from Storage (batching out, transfer to Processing, packaging from Storage, taxpaid withdrawals, destructions, and the other Storage lines). A lot’s spirit type decides the column. You declared that column on the spirit type; Ollie does not guess.
Wave 1 GNS path: receive into Storage → optionally transfer or batch into Processing → Storage shows the deposit and the transfer out.
INCOMPLETE months
A month stays INCOMPLETE when a transaction cannot be placed on a printed line yet (open mapping, missing kind, missing Part VI tag, and similar). Fix the flagged items, then regenerate — the worksheet always matches the ledger as it stands. Do not transcribe an INCOMPLETE month.
