A Quick Guide of Ollie Ops
Ollie Ops enables you to easily manage your brewery production information. This guide will help you learn the basics of Ollie Ops and get started with a simple brewery management system to stay organized and on top of everything you need to manage at your brewery. Upon joining Ollie, you should have received a welcome guide which comes in handy as well!
Dashboard
The dashboard is the main area of Ollie Ops that you will be working in on a day to day basis. We aimed to make all your major daily tasks accessible from the dashboard including scheduling, logging, batch management, and tank management.

Tasks
Tasks are a way to assign individuals of the teams tasks to be performed by a specific date. You can view your tasks, create new tasks, and manage your progress.

Calendar
The calendar allows you to view the tasks that have been assigned to you, other users, tanks, batches and their due date in a monthly calendar view.

Batches
Batch management is where you can view the specifics of your batches. Within this area of you can:
- View batch specs
- View Scheduled batches (and schedule packaging runs)
- View the racking and packaging transactions that were performed
- View your fermentation logs
- View and edit all of the batch logs that went into brewing your batch
- View batch Costs // cost breakdowns
- Add additions or additional costs

Barrels
The barrel area is for separately managing your barrels and barrel aging program. Within here you can log information about your progress and record angel share measurements.

Recipes
Recipe management is one of the core features that allow Ollie Ops to perform the scheduling of batches and forecasting of raw materials. Within recipe management, you are able to design your recipe to the exact specifications you need including your grain bill, hop schedule, mash schedule, and any additional ingredients that you need for your recipe OR import your recipes from BeerSmith using a BeerXML file.

Raw and Packaging Materials
You’re able to manage all of your inventory for your raw and packaging materials inside of Ollie.

Finished Goods
The finished goods area is a view into your current keg, can, and bottle inventory that you have packaged. You can adjust inventory and view transactions for each packaging.

Adjustments
The adjustments area let's you reconcile your inventory of everything from ingredients, to packaging materials, and finished goods. You can also backdate your inventory, in case you need to reconcile counts on a past date.
Please note, we do not recommend reconciling sold finished goods inventory here, as anything reconciled here will hit your Inventory Adjustments account, not your Cost of Goods Sold account.

Sales
For Ops only customers, or those utilizing serving tanks.
The sales area allows you to write out inventory that is sold either in your taproom, or to a distributor. This way the inventory will properly write out, and COGs attached to these products will hit a Cost of Goods Sold account.

Purchase Orders
In the purchase orders section, we provide a way for you to generate purchase orders in order to receive inventory from your vendors in bulk and represent pending inventory in your inventory lists.
