In order to protect the payment information of retailers and wholesalers on the Ollie platform, customers are required to verify and approve all payment methods prior to their use on the app. Sellers and suppliers on Ollie Order are however allowed to submit payment information on behalf of customers for their approval. Approving a payment method on Ollie Order will not require the customer to create an Ollie account, unless they want to enter a different payment method.

5. Click on Add Card
6. Enter all customer & credit card information
Enter in all the required information on the credit card form. If the customer's account hasn't been claimed by the business owner yet, you will be required enter a customer email.
*Sending credit card information to your own email and approving on behalf of the customer is a breach of the terms of service for Ollie and can lead to removal from the app.
7. Click on Add Card
8. Set credit card as preferred payment method
Once the credit card has been approved for use by the customer, you will receive an email notification. Log back into Ollie Order to change the preferred payment method to credit card. You can now utilize this credit card for payments within Ollie Order moving forward.
