Inventory & Transfers for Container World Warehouses
The live inventory for Container World will not be visible in Ollie Order. In order to keep track of your inventory you can create inventory controlled shadow warehouses in Ollie to match the inventory at Container World. You will need to do a one time transfer in of inventory into your newly created Container World warehouse, and then as you place orders, your inventory numbers will draw down.
Please note that when creating a transfer in, Ollie Order does not create inventory in the actual Container World warehouse. Any time you would like to transfer inventory in or out of Container World you will need to do that directly with them to action the movement, but you can also create a record of this (and adjust your shadow warehouse inventory) using the transfer & adjustment tabs in Ollie Order.
Support
Ollie Order can assist managing issues on the Ollie Order side, for any issues around the Container World system, inventory or inquiries about fulfillment etc., you will need to contact the team at Container World directly.
