How to Add a New User to your Organization – Ollie Order Knowledge Base

You can add and remove users from your organization anytime on Ollie Order!

To add a new user to your Ollie Order account, follow these steps!

Ollie Order

1) Head to your Settings page, and click on Members

2) Click the +Add User in the upper right corner

3) Enter the email address of the user you wish to invite and hit Save - it will send that person an email letting them know they have been added to your Organization .

ROLES: There are currently only 2 options available for roles.

a) ADMIN: This role has access to all aspects of the account. They can add and remove users, control warehouse settings (and access) as well as add Groups.

b) USER: This role has slightly limited access in that they cannot add users and they cannot control warehouse settings or assign access to warehouses. Users are unable to make new Groups.

4) The final step is to head to app.ollieorder.com and click the SIGN UP tab.
