On Ollie, both buyers and sellers have the ability to cancel orders. You can cancel an order at any time before the order has been marked as shipped (i.e., after the seller has accepted the order and before its corresponding delivery batch is marked as shipped).

Find the order you wish to cancel.

Once in the order details page, click on the ••• icon

From the resulting menu, select Cancel.

To confirm, click on the Cancel Order button.
The status of the order will now change from Accepted or Awaiting Shipment to Cancelled.
🎉 And that's it! You've successfully cancelled an order on Ollie.
Note: cancelling an order after it has been paid will not automatically issue a refund. The seller must refund the order separately (see how to issue a refund for more details).
