FAQ
How do I adjust the inventory in an external warehouse?
Inventory needs to be adjusted at the source, or where it is controlled. If your private warehouses are externally controlled Ollie Order, you will need to make the inventory adjustment in Ollie Order. If you need to adjust the inventory at Direct Tap, please contact them directly for assistance.
Is it possible to edit the date of an inventory adjustment?
Yes! At the time you create the adjustment, you can back date or even pick a future date for the inventory adjustment. If you do not change the date, it will default to the date you enter the adjustment in Ollie Order
Can I edit adjustments after they are created and completed?
No! It is not possible edit an adjustment once it is completed. If something is added or removed in error, you will need to create another adjustment to offset it.
What if I cannot find the adjustment in on the main adjustment index?
Try using the filters on the top right-hand corner to limit the adjustments viewed. You can filter by type of adjustment and/or warehouse. (Note filters are "sticky" meaning they will remain showing only those filters until you unselect the filters.)
