Your Inventory tab will show you an overview of each of your private warehouses and the inventory numbers associated with your products at Direct Tap.

Private Warehouse Inventory
For products within Private Warehouses (ie. warehouses controlled within Ollie Order), go to Inventory > Inventory and then select the warehouse you would like to view along the top.
From this page you can gain insight on the following information for all products:

Available: inventory that has been transferred into a warehouse

Allotted: inventory that is in the warehouse, but has been allotted to an order

Inbound: Inventory that is being transferred to a warehouse, but is has not been received yet

Presold: Inventory allotted to presold orders. These are created by checking the "presale" check on a product variant, and then creating orders from that variant.

You can also use the Filters option to specify the parameters of your Inventory view.
You can click on the Details button beside any product to see a history of that product's inventory movement (how many orders are on Presale, how many orders are Out for Delivery, etc.). From this page you can also action New Transfer.

External Inventory
Ollie Order displays data directly from Direct Tap, so you can see how much inventory you have in stock at each of the three Direct Tap Warehouses. This data is refreshed approximately every 15 minutes and you can on the right hand side the last time the data was refreshed.

You can use the 'Search Inventory' bar to narrow down the products displayed, by searching with the External ID or the Item Number which is typically the product sku.
The Inventory displayed, is the amount of inventory available to place orders against (it does not necessarily represent all of the inventory Direct Tap has on hand)
Note: The data displayed on External Inventory displayed is managed exclusively by Direct Tap - should there be any discrepancies within your inventory, please contact Direct Tap to resolve/clarify.

a) Your product is correctly mapped within the Product Variants Tab
b) The product is toggled ON within that Direct Tap warehouse on the Warehouse & Inventory tab

Who do I contact if my inventory numbers appear incorrect?
If your inventory at Direct Tap appears off, please contact Direct Tap to clarify. Users and Ollie Order are unable to adjust inventory levels within Direct Tap warehouses manually (but you can adjust your private warehouse inventory by way of transfers and adjustments)

What do I do, if I cannot see any inventory data within the warehouse?
Ensure your access is toggled on by going warehouse > select warehouse > access .
