How to Apply a Cheque, EFT, Cash, or Offline Payment – Ollie Order Knowledge Base

If you have a customer that does not pay by credit card through Ollie, here is how you can mark that order off as Paid.

You can apply an offline payment at any point after you have hit ACCEPT on an order.

Hit the CHARGE button (this will not automatically charge their credit card) - it will open up a payment modal.

Once the payment modal is open, click the CHEQUE/OTHER box:

You can either apply the full amount to the order or you can type in any dollar amount into the Total Box.

You can also add a private note such as the cheque number, EFT information, etc. so you can keep track! 💰💸🤩
