Brewery Settings

This section is where all your basic Brewery Preferences are set. The options you put and select here, will directly impact the output of your recipes, batches, and logs. 

 

To edit or view your Brewery Settings, click your icon in the top right corner of Ollie Ops and select Brewery Settings.

 

GENERAL

  1. Name - Brewery name
  2. Brewery EIN - Employer Identification Number 
  3. Brewery Number - TTB Brewery Number. This number gets populated on the brewer's report of operations on the second line of the header.
  4. Starting Brew Log Number -Indicate what number you want your Batches/Brew Logs to start at and count up from
  5. Brew Log Number Strategy - Decide whether you would like to track your brew logs Per Batch (100,101,102) or Per Log (100-1, 100-2, 100-3).
  6. Starting Purchase Number order -Indicate what number you want your PO’s to begin at and count up from
  7. Local - Preferred language
  8. Address - Brewery Address

  1. IBU Formula - Select from:
    1.  Haener
    2. Rager
    3. Tinseth
  2. Volume - Select from:
    1. Fluid Ounces
    2. Gallons
    3. Bbls
    4. Milliliters
    5. Liters
    6. Hectoliters
  3. Gravity - Select from:
    1.  Plato
    2. Specific Gravity
  4. Fermentables Default Unit - Select from:
    1. Pounds
    2. Kilos
    3. Grams
    4. Ounces
  5. Hops Default Unit - Select from: 
    1. Gram
    2. Ounces
    3. Pounds
    4. Kilos
  6. Temperature - Select from:
    1. Fahrenheit
    2. Celsius
  7. Color - Select from:
    1. SRM
    2. EBC

INTEGRATIONS 

Under this tab, you can set up your Quickbooks Online and Ollie Order integrations.

EQUIPMENT

Under this tab, indicate all your Brewhouses. You’re able to have multiple brewhouses created that allow you to assign your recipes to a specific brewhouse. This can also be used to create different efficiencies for a single brewhouse that can be tied to recipes

 

To add a Brewhouse:

  1. Click New 
  2. Add your:
    1. Brewhouse name 
    2. Barrel capacity 
    3. Efficiency
  3. Click Create Brewhouse

 

CUSTOM FIELDS

Under this tab, you are able to create custom fields for logs pertaining to fermentation, yeast, and/or barrels. Choose the Entity, Field Type, Label, & Status as well as choose whether to edit or delete any.


 

MEMBERS & TEAMS

Under this tab, you may send invites for new account members. Owner/Admin accounts may also edit/revoke members as well, depending on privileges. You will also be able to create Teams which will allow you to assign tasks to specific team members but also let any team member mark them the tasks as complete. 

 

FEATURE PREVIEWS

Under this tab, there may periodically be features that you can choose to toggle on and off for your system depending on your functionality preferences.
