Transfer TTB Account converts a Storage lot to Processing in place. No volume moves. Use it when bulk is going to be rectified or bottled without a batching draw that already moved the account.
Spirit Lot → Transfer TTB Account (only on an active Storage lot). Processing lots do not show the menu item.
How to record
- Transfer date.
- Read the copy: Storage → Processing — one way. Processing → Storage is prohibited by TTB.
- Optional notes. Record Transfer.
Toast: "TTB account transfer recorded — … is in Processing." Cost moves Storage WIP → Processing WIP (customer-owned transfers at zero value).
Undo
"Delete this account transfer? The lot returns to Storage with the reversal visible, dated on the original day."
Pro Tip: Batching into Processing already moves the drawn quantity. Use this when the whole Storage lot is ready for processing without a batch.
