From a spirit lot (or Spirit Barrels) you can print a cellar tag, a placard, or the required barrel head mark. The cellar tag is not a TTB required mark — it is a book-state snapshot with a QR. Scanning it does not move liquid.
Spirit Lot → Print TTB Tag (needs a tank; depleted lots print Empty). Spirit Barrels: Print TTB Tag / Print Package Mark, including bulk selection.

- Cellar: A cellar tag, not a required mark. Footer: “Cellar reference, not a TTB required mark — book state {datetime}.”
- Placard: A placard is printed once — 27 CFR 19.189 (serial + capacity).
- Package: This is the required head mark — 27 CFR 19.484 (and related). Use this for filled barrels, not the cellar tag.
Stocks: Avery 5163 / 5164 / 5165 / Plain paper. Start at + Print.
The public scan page shows whether paper matches the books (“This tag is out of date” / matches). Open in Ollie is read-only. Scan-to-move is not built.
Processing package marks for bottled cases (§19.488) are not on this screen — use Print Case Marks on the packaging run.
Pro Tip: Reprint after a move or dump. The QR is the lot as of print time; the scan page tells you if the cellar walked off with last week’s paper.
