Overview
A checklist of assignments within Ollie Ops! Tasks are a way for you to assign and manage work throughout your brewery for yourself and your team members. You create a checklist of tasks by adding a due date and assigning members, tanks, barrels, and batches.
Viewing the task list
You can view all of the tasks that have been created for all of the team members on the task screen. You can quickly get a view of the task, due date, assignee, and status of the tasks in this area. Select the filter on the top right to filter between a list view of All tasks, Overdue tasks, Incomplete tasks, and Completed tasks.
You can also view your tasks that are due today or past due by clicking on the clipboard on the top right of your screen. The number notification is the number of tasks still uncompleted and assigned to the user that is logged in. You can also quickly mark a task as complete by checking the box next to the task from the quick view anywhere inside of Ollie.
How to Add/Assign Tasks
- Head to the Tasks Tab on the left menu bar
- Click the "New" button near the top
- Fill out the necessary details for your product
- Due date (required)
- Description (required)
- Click “New” across from Assignments and assign users, batches, and tanks/barrels. You can assign all 3 categories or just 1.
- Click "Save"
Updating/Editing Tasks
- Head to the Tasks Tab on the left menu bar
- Filter to the view of task you’d like to be listed on the left-hand side (All, Overdue, Incomplete, & Completed)
- Locate the task you want to update and click the 3 dots to the right then select "Edit"
- Fill out the form according to the definitions above
Deleting Tasks
- Head to the Tasks Tab on the left menu bar
- Filter to the view of tasks you’d like to be listed on the left-hand side (All, Overdue, Incomplete, & Completed)
- Locate the task you want to update and click the 3 dots to the right then select "Delete"
- Click “Ok” to confirm the deletion of the task
