To manage your keg deposits, you must first add all the keg container types your business supports and set the deposit amounts for each of your various price lists.
If you were charging keg deposits using our old method, you will no longer see keg deposits in your reports under the deposit column. Instead, they will be listed in the same way as a product on reports.
Steps on How to Add a Keg Type:
2. Click on Products

3. Click on Kegs

4. Click on New Keg

5. Click on Select container type...
Search or scroll to find your desired keg type.

Set Keg Deposits
If you charge for kegs, you will want to create a list of the various keg sizes you sell. Once you add your products, you’ll then be able to associate the keg deposits that should be charged when kegs are added to orders.
Follow the steps in this article (but note, where it mentions price-lists, you will not have created those yet, so you will come back and finish that step after your price-lists are created).
1. Click Create
Click Create to enable your new keg container type.

2. Click Edit
Tap the edit button on the keg container you just created to set the deposit amounts for each price list.

3. Enter your deposit amounts
Set your deposit amounts for each of your various price lists. These deposit amounts will automatically be added to your invoices.

4. Click Save
Click Save to set your deposits. You can edit your deposits or set up new price lists at any time.
