Improve efficiency by using the Groups Feature which allows you organize your customers by Route Group or Customer Type.
Types of Groups
Customer Group: This is a generic grouping of customers. Some examples include restaurant chains, hotel chains, high-volume accounts. A custom price list can be applied to this group type.
Route Group: Groups that represent physical territories. Expected delivery days can be applied if orders are placed for self-distribution.
How to Create a Group

Under Customers on the left hand side bar select Groups

Select + New Group

Name your group and select a group type

Select Create Group, this will create the group and open you up a new page

Select Edit.

Customer Groups will be prompted to add a price-list. Pricing in orders for all customers in this group will automatically default to the price list selected.

Route Groups will be prompted to select expected delivery days.

Add customers. Under the Customers header you can search for your customers in the 'Add a Customer to this group' drop-down bar.
Note: Users must have Admin status to add Groups. User settings can be managed under SETTINGS > USERS.
How to Add / Remove Customers to a Group
If you would like to add or remove customers from a Group, go Customers > Groups > Select the Group. Under the Customers header you can search for your customers in the 'Add a Customer to this group' drop-down bar.
To remove a customer, use the trash icon on the right hand side of where their name appears. You will be asked if you are sure you would like to remove the customer, select OK.

Can customers belong to multiple Groups?
Yes! You can add customers to as many groups you'd like.
Why can't I see + NEW GROUP button on the Groups Tab?
This would mean you currently have USER status, in order to be able to add groups you need to have ADMIN status (this can be changed under SETTINGS > USERS)
