Setting defaults means that you don't need to select the warehouse each time, or the sales rep associated with that account. You can still make changes at any time, but defaults make it a lot quicker to place orders.
There are two ways to set a customer's default settings.

At the time of first order

On the Customers page
When you create the first order for a customer, there will be an + ADD CUSTOMER button at the top of the screen.
Note: you must click this button in order to move forward with the order.
When you click on the button, you will be asked to set the default Warehouse, Sales Rep, and Payment Type. You can also enter an email for the customer if they have not yet been added into our shared Ollie database!
To edit the default settings that you chose, head to your Customers tab on the left sidebar and search for the customer using their name or Licensee number:
Click on the customer's name and it will open up their profile - you can click on the Details tab to see and edit their defaults
Click the ✏️ button beside each setting to change their defaults!
