Your Customers Tab is So Much More than a List!
Access Ollie's licensee database pre-loaded with 100's of thousands of customers in Canada, the United States, as well as the US Territories, where you can:

Move Potential Customer to Prospective Customer, and once you score that first sale, the licensee will automatically be moved to Current Customers!

Log Notes, Calls, Visits, Expenses, and Issues on each Customer, so you can always keep track of what's-what and who's-who - You can also create a NEW ORDER directly from the Customer's profile:

Keep track of the Type of Issue: was there Breakage or was the order Incorrect?

Assign the Issue to a specific DOC60 so that you know exactly which order was affected

Add notes: what the heck happened?!?

You can even add relevant images such as breakage evidence or a correction written down on a DOC60

Once the Issue has been resolved, click on the Customer's profile, click ISSUES, click on the Issue Number and you can EDIT the Issue to make more notes or change the status to RESOLVED:

Can I remove a customer?
In Ollie Order customers cannot be deleted but you can archive them from your current customer list.
