1. How does Ollie Integrate with Payment Processors?

Handling credit card information and payment processing is an area of technology that requires incredible expertise. As a result, we elected for Ollie users to BYOP (Bring Your Own Payment Processor). Currently we can easily integrate with:

  • Stripe

  • Moneris

  • Authorize.net

  • Bambora North America (formally Beanstream)

This allows us to focus on creating value for our alcohol producers and leaving the intensive work of encryption and security to the experts.

2. How does Ollie Integrate with Quickbooks?

Quickbooks Online is a leading online accounting solution for British Columbian alcohol makers. Ollie Order integrates directly with Quickbooks to streamline the final stage of order administration - the recording stage.

Because Ollie Order integrates directly with Quickbooks, connecting the two accounts to activate the flow of information between them is easy.

3. How does Ollie integrate with ATS?

Ollie Order integrates directly with ATS. To setup the integration, reach out to support@ollieorder.com so we can enable the option on our end first. Once we've added the access, you can login to Ollie Order and go to Settings -->Integrations --> ATS, and you will be prompted to enter your DOCKET (reach out to ATS if you're unsure of your company DOCKET). 

*Once integrated, you may want to go through your products and update the weight of each product so that the ATS reports are generated with the correct weights for ATS shipping purposes.

 

4. Optional Integrations

Ollie Order enables custom set-up based on your unique customer needs by way of many integration options.

 

To view and activate these, go to Settings > Integrations.
