All customer ("buyer") organizations in Ollie Order have general public details but now, you as a supplier organization you can add more details and private contact information into Ollie, so you can keep track of the names, phone numbers and email addresses of the people you do business with.
Your customer contacts are all visible and searchable under Customers > Contacts.
Contacts are private to your organization and allows you to add multiple contacts from the same customer account. You can also edit customer contact details as needed to keep your list up to date!
To add a new contact, go Customers > Contacts > + New Contact > add their details and then select Create Contact.
To edit a contact, go Customers > Contacts > select contact > and then on the top right hand corner under the three dots, select Edit. Go ahead and update the contact with your edits and then select Update Contact.
