Spirit Barrels is the rickhouse list — numbered barrels after a fill (or a filled receive). It is look-and-select, not the production toolbar. Do not send a distiller to brewery Barrels (beer tank map).
Left nav → Spirit Barrels (only if barrels is on). Search: barrel numbers, lots, locations.
What you see
Filters: All barrels / Filled / Empty / Due within 90 days / Past due date; spirit type; barrel type; New & Used; age; Columns picker.
Default columns include Barrel #, Status (Filled/Empty), Lot, Spirit Type, Barrel Type, New / Used, cooperage, original and current PG and volume, entry proof, Filled, Value, Total Age, In This Barrel, Cask Age (with us), Location, Notes.
Empty: "No barrels match. Barrels appear here once a fill gives them a number — buy barrels on a purchase order, then fill them from a spirit lot." Plus a count of unfilled stock if you have it.
What you can do
Select rows (or Select all). Bulk Edit (location, expected aging duration, notes, barrel type). Dump Selected. Print Tags. Export.
Row ⋮: Print TTB Tag; Print Package Mark (filled, not bought-in); Dump; View Lot.
Pro Tip: Expected duration is a cellar plan. Past due on the barrel number is a tip, not a hard stop. The age claim is Total Age / In This Barrel, not the due date.
