A still-run recipe plans the charge and the expected cuts. Every cut on the recipe and on the run collects into a tank. There is no dump-disposition control and no button named Redistillation (that word appears on TTB Production lines, not as a production action).
Recipes → tab Distillation (that label, not Distilling). Button: New.
Header
Recipe name, Output spirit type, optional Default still, Default TTB account for the cuts, formula fields. Create Recipe — "add its charges, materials, and expected cuts."
Charges
Add Charge. Charge kind: Spirit lot or Fermented wash. Wash plans in gallons — "proof begins at the still." Spirit lots plan in pounds, wine gallons, or proof gallons.
Materials
Water or Miscellaneous only. Water "scales with the charge, consumes no stock."
Expected Cuts
Add Cut: Cut (Heads, Hearts, Tails, Low wines, Feints), expected proof, expected amount, unit. Check Scaling basis on the cut planned runs scale from.
A recipe with still runs cannot be deleted — disable it instead.
Pro Tip: You still enter the real cut gauges on Record Still Run. The recipe is the plan and the scale, not the TTB quantity.
