Same worksheet rules as Storage and Processing: a Pay.gov transcription aid, not a filed form. Production is 5110.40 — what you produced, received for redistillation, and the materials that went into the cook.
Open: Reports → TTB Spirits Reports → tab Production — 5110.40. Same month picker, Filing-ready vs INCOMPLETE, Audit CSV, Print lock.
How to read Production
- Pick the Month. Open Production — 5110.40.
- Part I is transactions in proof gallons. Line 14 is PRODUCED (Total, Lines 1 through 13). Line 15 is RECEIVED FOR REDISTILLATION. Write-ins are the lines you named in Spirits Settings.
- Part VI is kinds and quantities of materials used (pounds / gallons), frozen from fermentation cooks — not the live catalog.
- Print only when filing-ready. Transcribe; do not e-file from Ollie.
What feeds it
- Still-run cuts (entry of spirits / dispositions).
- Fermentation materials that have a Part VI tag (not fermentation aids).
- Redistillation charges in the month → Part V Used in Redistillation.
GNS-only bottlers may have a quiet Production month. Storage and Processing still matter.
INCOMPLETE if a cook used an Undecided material or a line cannot be placed. Inline: "Fermentation aid — doesn't report" vs "Reports to a line — tag it."
Pro Tip: This is not beer TTB by production. Do not send a distiller the brewery operations report.
