Dashboard
Calendar
A key feature of Ollie Ops is being able to schedule your brews on the drag and drop scheduler that lives on your dashboard. Internally we use it to forecast your raw material needs, so it is an important part of using Ollie Ops to its full capabilities.
Schedule a new batch
- Click on the cell in the calendar that corresponds to both the date and fermenter that you would like to brew into.
- Select the recipe that you would like to brew from the drop down menu.
- Optionally, change the brew length. If you are brewing multiple batches into a single tank, this is where you will want to select a different brew length.
Move a scheduled batch
It is quite likely that after scheduling a batch you will want to either brew it later or brew it in a different fermenter. That's no problem, just drag any unbrewed batch to where you want it and drop it. You can drag and drop any beer that has not yet been brewed (a beer that has already been brewed will be displayed as blue on the schedule, see the bottom of this article for a color reference).
Updating schedule length
Because of the nature of fermentation it is likely that you will want to change the duration of time that the beer will be in the tank after you have brewed it. To change the length of time the beer is in the fermenter you can drag the far right end of the schedule "bar" and adjust the length however you would like.
Unscheduling a batch
If you decide that you do not want to brew a scheduled batch you can do the following.
- Click on the batch "bar" on the calendar.
- In the window that opens up click on the "Unschedule" button.
Brewing a batch on brew day
- Click on the batch "bar" on the calendar.
- Verify the brew date and change if needed.
- Click on "Start brewing"
Fermenter Schedule Color Key
The scheduler has two color indicators which help determine the status of your batch.
- Green - Batch is scheduled
- There is at least one batch remaining to be brewed
- Blue - Batch is brewed
- The beer is already brewed and has no more batches remaining to be brewed
