Buyer Setup
Ollie Order users will be able to invite buyer contacts to set up their banking information directly in Ollie Order. To invite a buyer:
- Navigate to the Customers section of the side navigation.
- This view will show a list of all Company Profiles set up in Ollie Order. Select the company profile and navigate to the Details sub-tab of the profile.
- Under the Customer Relationship Details sub-tab, ensure an Email is set for the buyer.
- Within the Payment Preferences section, ensure the Payment Terms are set and accurate.
- To request PaySmart payments for a customer, click + Request Payment Info within the PaySmart sub-section.
- On the side panel, enter the Customer Name, Customer Email, and the Brand you are inviting them from.
- If needed, customize the invitation message then click Send Invitation.
Accessing Ollie Order for PaySmart
Once the buyer contact accepts their invite, they can access the Ollie Order portal to view/complete/edit the setup of their banking information and view invoices at app.ollieorder.com.
Adding Billing Information
Below is the walk-through for how buyer contacts will complete the one-time setup of their banking information in Ollie Order:
- Login to Ollie Order.
- Select your Profile on the top right corner.
- In the drop down menu, navigate to the Settings section.
- Select the PaySmart section in the Settings.
- Within the Bank Accounts, select Add Bank Account.
- Fill in the required information and Authorize ACH Payments.
- Note: The ACH Authorization Agreement confirms that the provided bank account can be used for automated payments and that the billing contact approves future invoice payments to be withdrawn according to the agreed terms on the invoice.
Viewing Approved Sellers
Below is the walk-through for how buyer contacts will view the sellers approved to leverage their payment method in Ollie Order.
- Login to Ollie Order.
- Select your Profile on the top right corner.
- In the drop down menu, navigate to the Settings section.
- Select the PaySmart section in the Settings.
- On this view, locate the Approved Sellers. These are the sellers approved to charge one or more of your payment methods.
Viewing Orders
- Login to Ollie Order.
- On the left side navigation menu, select Orders.
- Leverage the sub-tabs on this view to navigate between Orders in different stages.
- Click the Order Reference Number to drill into specific Orders.
Viewing Payments
- Login to Ollie Order.
- On the left side navigation menu, select Payments to view all details related to your Order Payments.
- Select the Order Reference Number to drill into specific Orders.
PaySmart Receipts
When a PaySmart invoice is processed for payment, buyers will receive a receipt from the merchant. This receipt will be sent to the email tied to their Ollie Order login profile. This receipt will include the transaction date, ID, company who generated the invoice, invoice total, and the bank account tied to the payment.
