Activating PaySmart in Ollie Order
Prior to beginning your PaySmart enrollment application, Ollie Order users will need to reach out to support@ollieorder.com to lock in your custom PaySmart transaction rates. With PaySmart, users can expect no monthly platform fees and a flat per-invoice rate of $0.99 or less.
Starting the Enrollment Application
To begin the enrollment process:
- Navigate to the Settings in Ollie Order.
- Select the Payments & Financial sub-section of the settings.
- On this view, find the PaySmart option within the EFT Payments and select Start Enrollment.
- From here, you’ll be redirected to a new window to begin your PaySmart enrollment application.
Who can complete the PaySmart enrollment application?
Authorized representatives may fill in application information on behalf of the business, but only legal business owners may sign and submit the underwriting application as their ‘approval’ of the information in the application. For ease of submission, it is recommended that the business owner completes the enrollment application.

- Note: If the applicant has chosen to freeze their credit report, they should be sure to unlock the Experian credit after application submission, so Stax payment processing can do a soft credit inquiry.

- Important: Fill all Credit Card volume fields with “0” including Amex Direct SE number and Annual Amex Volume
Required Documentation to Submit with Application
If your business’s Largest ACH Transaction Size is under $25,000 or Annual Gross ACH Revenue volume is below $2,000,000 upload:
- A color photo of the applicant’s Driver’s License, both front and back
- One of the following: Articles of Incorporation / Business License / Sales Tax License
If your business’s Largest ACH Transaction Size is $25,000 or greater or Annual Gross ACH Revenue volume is $2,000,000 or more upload:
- Driver’s License
- Articles of Incorporation OR Professional License OR Sales Tax License
- 3 months of previous processing statements OR 3 Months of Bank Statements
Note: Upon submission, to ensure that we can send funds to and from your accounts without any
blocks, we recommend notifying your bank that they can expect to see deposits and debits from
ACH Company ID: 2465382828.
